Product Details

SkyWatcher rings inside diameter 288mm.

The clamps allow easy mounting and dismounting of optical tubes on equatorial mounts. They are made of aluminum. One of the two clamps is equipped with a Kodak lead screw adapter into which it is possible to screw a camera body in parallel, while the other has a Kodak female thread. This adapter can be removed if a plate is attached to mount a guide instrument in parallel.

The ring set is accompanied by the necessary hardware (screws and washers), no dovetail is supplied. The diameter of the clamps is equivalent to the internal diameter (ID). You should choose an inner diameter equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of your optical tube.
