Product Details

SkyWatcher AR Engine for EQ3-2.

This motor is necessary to control the telescope remarkably accurately to track astronomical objects, thus compensating for the Earth's rotation. The right ascension motor is supplied, and with the control knob different speeds can be configured for pointing, guiding....

The motor is powered by 4 batteries type "LR20D" (the battery holder is included but the batteries are not included). It can also be powered with an optional 220V to 6V transformer.

This model is designed to be mounted exclusively on EQ3-2 type mounts.
