Dobson Telescope Bresser Messier 6" with solar filter
NEW - now includes a high quality sunscreenfor safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planetary transits. Large telescope for the night and solar observation.
TheBRESSER Messier 6 inch Planetary Dobsonis something very special. Despite its low price, it offers a great variety of functions and quality, which is sometimes sought in vain in rather more expensive devices. With aaperture diameter of 150 mm and focal length of 1200 mmof this high-quality BRESSER Newtonian optic, observation of the moon, the planets and planetary nebulae is particularly possible. The craters and grooves of the Moon, as well as the changing shadows cast by the so-called terminator line, are interesting observational targets. Saturn with its impressive ring, Jupiter with its cloud bands and the movement of its easily visible moons, the crescent shape of Venus and the glowing red of Mars are good examples of what will be observed with this telescope. Thanks to the long basic focal length, with this telescope, you can easily get thehigh increasesnecessary for this purpose. No expensive special eyepieces are needed. In short, it is a telescope primarily intended for the most detailed observation. Even so, bright deep sky objects such as the Orion nebula or the Messier 81 and 82 galaxies, etc. can also be observed.
Photography is also not a problem for this tube. This is another of the strengths of this telescope: if you want to take pictures, just unscrew the altitude wheels from the tube and place them on an EQ mount with an optionally available dovetail rail, and nothing else will get in the way of astrophotography. The included eyepiece adapter has thecommon T2 connection thread (M42x0.75mm), to whichalmost all standard cameras can be attached. Only the camera-specific T2 adapter ring is needed. Of course, also common USB planetary cameras with a plug diameter of 1.25 inch or 2 inch can be used directly with this telescope.
With the original equipment you can immediately seeThe scope includes a 6x30 optical viewfinder and a 25 mm SPL eyepiece. For those who want to transport the device as compactly as possible, the new 6'' BRESSER Messier Planet Dobson makes it easy - the rocker box can be disassembled in just a few steps, because the parts are assembled with metal quick connectors. Quickly, a bulky rocker box becomes a practical flat pack of boards.
A telescope whose versatility, performance and ease of use set new standards in this price class.
Please note that Newtonian reflecting telescopes are very good for astronomical observations of the starry sky, but are not very suitable for observing nature and landscapes during the daytime. Therefore, for nature and landscape observation we recommend BRESSER lens telescopes.
