A Barlow lens (named after its inventor Peter Barlow) is a diverging lens that artificially multiplies the focal length of an instrument.
This Barlow consists of an ED (low dispersion) glass lens and will allow you to multiply the magnification obtained by your 31.75mm eyepieces by a factor of 3.
It is 31.75mm in size and has an M28 x 0.75 thread for mounting 31.75mm filters.
