The Oberwerk 82XL-SD are our most sophisticated mid-sized giant binoculars, with world-class APO performance in a portable body.

Equipped with 82mm FCD100 SD APO objectives, a 24mm clear prism aperture and a fully waterproof, nitrogen-filled magnesium alloy chassis, these binoculars deliver sharp, bright, colorless images at up to 64x magnification.

Its 450mm focal length is combined with premium 14mm 8-element eyepieces (32x) with a wide field of view (AFOV) of 70°, providing a true field of view of 2.2°. With a 2.57mm exit pupil and 18mm eye relief, the 82XL-SD ensures comfortable observation, even for spectacle wearers.

Weighing only 4.67 kg, it combines aperture power with exceptional portability. Its 50-80 mm interpupillary distance makes it suitable for virtually any observer, including children.
