Product Details

The FSQ-85EDX refracting optical tube is based on the same four-element Petzval ED design as the FSQ-106ED, but offers a focal length of 450 mm and a photographic field of 5.6º, which is ideal for wide-field deep-sky astrophotography. This telescope is equipped with an oversized focuser with a pin-and-rack system, along with a rotation system for the camera. The optional focal reducer transforms the system into an astronomical telephoto lens with 328 mm focal length and a focal ratio of F/3.9, delivering a field of view of 7 degrees and an image circle of 40 mm. Supplied with 50.8/31.75 adapter, 6 x 30 finder, finder mount and optical tube clamp with off-axis plate.
