Baader DSLR conversion filters will allow you to turn your CANON Digital SLR camera into an excellent astronomical tool for deep sky imaging. Replace your camera's original filter with the Baader DSLR filter with UV / IR substrate and get maximum performance in the H-Alpha emission line. Baader DSLR filters have been designed to allow compatibility with the original lenses, allowing the use of the already modified camera in conventional photography. Baader DSLR filters have an intentionally different thickness than the original CANON filter. This is 100% essential to ensure that the DSLR filters have the same refractive index as the original filters. You can replace the filter yourself if you have the necessary means and knowledge.
