Adapter Kepler to 2" for 1.25" filters

This ring converts the M48x0.75 female thread for 2" (50.8 mm) filters into M28.5x0.75 female thread for 1.25" (31.75 mm) filters. Therefore, it allows to adapt any 1.25" filter to any accessory equipped with the thread for 2" filters.

The use of this accessory does not imply not choosing the most suitable filter diameter for the accessory in which it is to be mounted, taking into account the overall optical configuration of the instrument and the particular application you wish to give to that filter. For example, using a 1.25" filter in a 2" eyepiece will result in vignetting which, in most cases, will degrade image quality.
