Designed and manufactured in Japan, the compact HDF ED optical system creates an instrument only 260 mm/10.2" long. Constructed of lightweight materials, an MM4 60 weighs about the same as a pair of 42mm binoculars and can be used without a flat and clear lens mount. -Field observation at magnifications of less than 20x. Unlike binoculars, they provide amazing clarity and definition up to 45x when mounted with the SDL zoom eyepiece. Compatible with MM3, HR, HDF and SDL eyepieces, owners of existing field telescopes can use their eyepiece with an MM4 body.
