Product Details

Pole finders are very useful instruments to make an alignment with the North Star as accurate as possible in order to obtain the maximum performance of the German equatorial mount guiding being used for deep sky or long exposure photography.

As the North Star does not coincide with the geographic North Pole, a small readjustment of the North Pole position is always necessary to ensure that the optical tube is parallel to the Earth's axis.
