How are fees paid?
Payment of the installments is automatic each month on the card with which you made the first payment for the purchase.
When is my card charged?
It will be done every month on the same date you made the purchase. Simple, if you bought on the 27th it will be every 27th until your plan ends.
How do I pay with seQura?
Select seQura at checkout when paying. Then you just have to choose the number of installments you prefer and enter your details. You will receive a security code by SMS, then choose the card you want us to charge the payments to and that's it. Today you will only pay the first one and the other two will be charged automatically on the same day of each month so you don't have to worry about anything.
Each month we will send you a receipt to your email, or we will inform you if for some reason we have not been able to collect the payment so that you can resolve the issue.
How much does it cost? Is there interest?
We don't like interest. The APR is 0%. You will only have a small fixed cost per installment depending on the amount you have purchased.
For example, if you choose to pay for a €200 order in 12 payments and the fixed cost per installment is €3, your installment would be €19.66.
Please note that the fixed cost per month may vary in each store, but it should always be visible, clear and transparent so that you can know at all times how much you will have to pay.
