The Triplet Ortho-Apochromat concept of TOA binoculars combines outstanding sharpness and contrast. This unique optical formula, based on a high air-gap ED triplet, has the advantage of completely eliminating spherical aberration, while offering the best chromatic correction in the binocular range Takahashi. The TOA excels in both high planetary resolution and deep sky imaging, taking full advantage of the capabilities of cameras with the largest sensors.

The TOA-130NFB is supplied with a retractable demister. The oversized 102 mm diameter rack is equipped with a 1/7 reduction and a rotating collar for photographic framing. Thanks to this configuration, the NFB is decidedly image-oriented. It allows more robust photographic setups, especially with large CCD cameras, without generating mechanical stresses. This rack supports some specific accessories, such as the 67 FL supercorrector, which offers an incredible 92 mm image circle (60% without vignetting).
