The base Kepler 3/8'' is the best way to transform a classic SkyWatcher mount tripod (NEQ6, EQ6-R or AZ-EQ6) into a photo tripod, capable of receiving heavy photo or video heads or other accessories equipped with this universal photo thread pitch (also called Congres thread) such as Star-Adventurers.

The output screw is imperial pitch (3/8 '' - 16 or 3/8 '' UNC 16 tpi).
