Advanced CT laser collimator Hotech ACT-M2.

The advanced CT laser collimator from Hotech ACT-M2 collimates your SC, RC or Mak Newtonian telescope easily and conveniently at home, without the use of a star .

With this revolutionary laser system from Hotech, you can accurately collimate your telescope at home. In most cases, this system can be operated by one person because the laser is less than an arm's length away from the telescope. Thus, there is no need to go out into the field at night to collimate your telescope.

Principle of operation:

The collimator Hotech is a large CNC machined aluminum disk with ready-to-use tuned lasers. On the target, these three laser beams are brought to concentric circles of the same radius.

The laser beams are sent from the matte screen, reflected by the main mirror and then adjusted to the same radius.

On the focuser, a reflector is mounted. This 2" piece is used to adjust the secondary mirror.
