Thanks to its apochromatic doublet lens with Japanese ED glass Hoya, the EvoStar 80EDX provides excellent correction of chromatic aberrations. Advanced multi-layer coatings, including the Metallic High-Transmission (MHC) coating, ensure light transmission close to 99.5%, providing maximum brightness and contrast.

It collects 78% more light than a 60mm refractor, revealing hidden deep sky details in a single shot. Its Crayford Dual Speed 2.6" focuser with 10:1 demultiplication ensures precise control for perfect focus.
