Product Details

Teleskop Service Blue Filter, for 1.25" eyepieces. Number #82A. Suitable for all telescopes.

Colored filters offer new possibilities for lunar and planetary observation by increasing the contrast and detail visible in each region of the visible spectrum by allowing only light of the corresponding wavelength to pass through.

Teleskop Service filters are threaded on both sides, so that they can be combined together without loss of observational quality. Thus, by combining a yellow and a blue filter, the performance of a green filter can be obtained.

Features of the Blue filter TS 82A 1.25":

Thinnest possible metal housing to avoid vignetting.
Extremely homogeneous and parallel glass.
Use in telescopes with a minimum aperture of 50 mm.
