0.7x reducer
The 0.7x reducer reduces the Askar 80ED to f/4.9 while providing a field flattening correction.
Few telescopes of the same type on the market today are equipped with a reducer of this reduction factor. The shorter focal ratio provides an even wider field of view and faster exposure speeds, making it perfect for imaging large nebulae, star clusters, and faint, fast-moving celestial objects.
Features
The rear end adapter has a built-in 2-inch M48×0.75 filter thread, without the need for the additional filter box, allowing direct filter attachment.
The entire unit is CNC machined and comes with threaded metal caps on both ends to prevent dust when not in use.
