The best view of the night sky is found in places far away from artificial lighting. Unfortunately, we don't have a power outlet there, but that doesn't mean you have to do without the convenience of a GoTo mount. With the Powerbank Pro from Omegon you can use your telescope mount all night long.
It contains a LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery. LiFePO4 batteries have clear advantages over older lead-acid and even regular lithium-ion models!
The Powerbank Pro is smaller and lighter than old-fashioned lead-acid batteries. And because it is LiFePO4, it contains no toxic heavy metals!
Compared to other lithium-ion batteries, LiFePO4 is more robust and reliable:

The Powerbank Pro from Omegon is available in two sizes:
Omegon Pro Powerbank 48 k, with 154 Wh capacity (13 Ah @12 V): if you want to power a medium to large telescope mount with few electronic accessories for an entire night, this is the right choice.
Omegon Pro Powerbank 96 k, with a capacity of 307 Wh (26 Ah @12 V): if, in addition to a mount, you also use many accessories, such as dew heaters, an astronomical camera with thermoelectric cooling, a mini-PC, etc., then this larger model is recommended. (In this case a power distributor, such as the Pocket Powerbox Advance GEN2, is also recommended).
The LEDs indicate the charging status at any given moment. The battery can be easily recharged using the mains adapter supplied.
The integrated short-circuit, deep discharge and overload protection not only protects the battery itself, but also the connected mount.
All mounts or devices can be connected with cigarette lighter cable.
