Operation is very simple: select the object you want to observe with the application and Vespera II will align and follow it.

Self-initialization:Vespera II uses your cell phone's GPS, Plate-Solving and astrometry to automatically calibrate itself. Configure your device and set it up automatically in less than 5 minutes.

Automatic alignment:The observing station features Go-To technology. Select a target in the application or enter the desired celestial coordinates and the station will automatically move and align itself.

Automatic trackingVespera II: driven by a motor and controlled by an integrated computer, Vespera II automatically tracks its stellar object and compensates for the Earth's rotation.

Quadruple apochromatic refractor:Vaonis has developed a unique 50mm quadruple lens consisting of 2 groups of 2 lanthanum glass lenses. The Vespera optic is one of the most precise and powerful optical constructions on the market, with minimal distortion, chromatic aberration or astigmatism.

High sensitivity Sony sensor:Vespera II uses one of the latest Sony sensors, designed for extremely low light conditions. Vaonis has also developed its own electronic board to ensure optimal heat management. A hot sensor means lots of image defects, so the sensor board is designed to dissipate as much heat as possible.

Singularity ApplicationSingularity: your guide to reach for the stars. Singularity is your control room, the place where you decide everything. Very intuitive and easy to use, it allows you to easily access any stellar object in the catalog. You will receive personalized recommendations on what to observe based on your location and astronomical calendars, as well as clues to the secrets of the cosmos. Singularity accompanies you on every step of your journey to the stars.

CovalENSIs a function ofVespera IIWhich allows users to create mosaics of the night sky. With this feature, you can take several images of adjacent areas of the sky and then join them together to form a larger image.CovalENSUses advanced algorithms to align images and eliminate distortions. This feature makes it possible to capture breathtaking views of the cosmos that would otherwise be impossible.

LumENS, the artificial intelligence companion!

LumENS is now available free of charge to all Vespera users and allows them to interact with their telescope like never before.

This AI answers astronomical questions, explains the celestial objects being observed, and provides up-to-date astronomical knowledge in real time. The AI can be interacted with via voice or keyboard. Voice input currently works in English and French, while keyboard chat is available in all preconfigured languages.

This update is a big step towards making astronomy accessible to everyone and to entertain and inform users with prior knowledge.
