Microscope BMS 146 FLArQ LED 230V with mechanical stage and Cellpad Mini

The BMS 146 FLArQ is the first model in the Advanced Plus range, designed for demanding educational environments and laboratory applications. It incorporates a rack and pinion system for the condenser, an integrated mechanical stage and the robust and ergonomic design of the 146 model, with an inverted objective nosepiece for improved comfort and safety during use.

All components are firmly fixed to the microscope body, which increases its durability and makes it especially suitable for classrooms and intensive use. The metal parts are coated with antibacterial paint, while the optical elements have antifungal treatment, ensuring hygiene, longevity and optical stability even in demanding environments.

One of its distinguishing features is its multipower power supply system, which allows three modes of electrical use in a single microscope:

• Direct connection to 100-230 V mains by means of included cable.

• Operation with rechargeable AA batteries (optional), which are automatically recharged when the microscope is connected to the mains.

• Use with standard non-rechargeable AA batteries (3 pcs.).

Thanks to this versatility, the BMS 146 FLArQ can be used in the laboratory as well as in mobile situations or without continuous access to mains power.

The optical system is finite 160 mm, equipped with high quality DIN achromatic objectives (4x, 10x and 40x with protective spring), providing standard magnifications of 40x, 100x and 400x, optionally extendable up to 1500x. Focusing is coaxial macrometric and micrometric, with a minimum precision of 2 microns, allowing fine and controlled adjustment even at high magnifications.

The integrated mechanical stage (130 × 125 mm) has ergonomically designed coaxial XY controls and adjustable safety stop to protect the specimens. The height-adjustable Abbe NA 1.25 condenser with iris diaphragm ensures homogeneous illumination and optimum contrast.

The illumination is provided by a new generation high-power LED with continuously adjustable intensity by means of a rotary potentiometer and a lifetime of approximately 50,000 hours. The system incorporates double electrical safety by means of a DPDT switch, which guarantees total disconnection from the mains, and a rear LED indicator that shows the power and charge status of the optional batteries.

The microscope includes a detachable IEC power cord, dust cover and user manual, and is backed by a 5-year warranty, reflecting its quality construction.
